CRAIGIEBURN TOWN CENTRE

 

Working together with Lend Lease, Tullamarine P&D completed a package of hydraulic services works to the Craigieburn town centre. This project was a great achievement for all involved. Hydraulic services inclusive of, fire serice, natural gas, water, re-use water, sewer & trade waste drainage were provided for a Coles supermarket, Woolworths Supermarket, Big W, Target & Aldi.

Further to this services were also provided to an entertainment precinct consisting of a cinema complex & food courts.  The project works also involved providing services for  50+ future shopping centre tenancies as well as amenities servicing the large footprint of the town centre.

A large scale bulky goods facility was also completed as part of the packaged works.
