Kolorer College
Tullamarine Plumbing & Drainage partnered with ADCO to deliver comprehensive plumbing and drainage systems for Kolorer College, a newly completed secondary school in Cobblebank. Opened in 2026, the facility required extensive hydraulic and drainage infrastructure to support its modern, multi-building campus design.
The Scope
Our work covered full civil, rough-in, and fit-out plumbing across diverse spaces:
Double-storey Administration & Learning Building – Administration offices, library, and learning spaces requiring integrated water supply and waste systems
3-storey Specialist Building – Technology, science, and arts laboratories with specialized drainage and water service requirements
Community Hub – Multi-use indoor court, change rooms, fitness facilities, music and drama teaching spaces, food technology kitchen, and canteen with commercial-grade drainage and grease management
Sporting Facilities – Outdoor hardcourts, sports field, and bus loop requiring stormwater management
Site Infrastructure – Staff parking and student amenity drainage systems
Why It Matters
Kolorer College is a significant addition to Cobblebank's community, supporting the region's growing population. From its first year serving Year 7 students, the college will expand year-on-year. The plumbing and drainage systems we installed form the backbone of every operational area—from classrooms to kitchens to change rooms—ensuring reliable service across the entire campus.
