Working with George Rydell Constructions, we were proud to deliver the plumbing and drainage works on this Aldi supermarket development within a growing residential estate.

The project involved significant civil works from the ground up, including the removal of existing site fill, reconstruction to new design levels, piling, retaining walls and full services infrastructure.

The primary structure featured precast concrete panels and an exposed steel roof frame, housing a spacious 1,600m² supermarket complete with a large loading dock and a landscaped carpark accommodating 118 vehicles.

The internal fit-out included full building services, vinyl flooring, staff amenities, office spaces, refrigeration units and complete aisle shelving installation.
