Mernda Town Centre

It was a privilege to deliver the plumbing and drainage works on this major retail development, encompassing the full construction and fit-out of a new Woolworths supermarket and BWS, base build works for 3 mini majors and 27 tenancies and kiosks, and a Level 1 office and Centre Management area serviced by a high-quality lift and feature staircase.

Working with George Rydell Constructions, the development also includes a beautifully finished mall with an abundance of natural light and open space, full public amenities, and a brand new at-grade carpark complete with covered walkways, shade sails and landscaping — delivering a retail experience the whole community can enjoy.
