It was a privilege to deliver the plumbing and drainage works on the Banchory Grove Shopping Centre in Hillside — a high-quality retail development featuring a 4,300m² Woolworths supermarket and 21 specialty tenancies.
The scope included full construction and fit-out of the Woolworths supermarket, cold shell construction across all 21 tenancies, and high-quality public amenities finished to a modern, family-friendly standard. The striking external façade features aluminium timber cladding and battens, complemented by precast planters, seating and native landscaping throughout the grounds.
The development also includes direct to boot facilities, loading docks, compactors, alfresco dining areas, a playground, covered external walkways and an external carpark with shade sails — a truly complete community retail destination that we're extremely proud to have been part of.
